Problem Solved

An inactive user (last post last September) had this to say about Isaac Asimov's Foundation:

"I began reading this book several years ago and while I did like what I read I couldn't finish it at the time.

"I had wanted to read it again, as well as the rest of the series, but recently I became aware of Asimov's behaviour at sci-fi cons.

"I'm disgusted.

"I will not read any of his books again.

"I have no time for sexist authors who treat women like decorations to be ogled and pawed when he feels like it."

I think I've discovered the solution to the clutter in my house. I can use this way of thinking to free up an enormous amount of space. I've always liked the Beatles, have all their songs in one form or another. Now I can get rid of them all. Along with the work of virtually every other musical artist I own. Since movies are a collaborative art, I'm pretty sure I can chuck the lot. And books! Oh, my goodness. From thousands down to a handful in the blink of an eye.

Now I just have to figure out a new way to spend my time.
